Soiree Couture Events offers potential clients a complimentary consultation. We would love to meet with you! At your consultation, we work with you to determine how far along you are in the planning process and what you truly desire for your special day. We will discuss your coordination, planning and design desires, as well as your budget requirements. We will work together to determine the proper level of service for your fete.

This package is for couples who want to experience the decadence of their wedding day without any stress. With this option, couples will be guided step-by-step through the planning process in order to meet their needs, desires and stay within their budget. Your Soiree Couture Event Designer will assist you with all elements of a successful event. Style, menu creation, theme development, venue and vendor selection, rentals, contractual agreements and the like will be in the care of your personal consultant.
Paper suite stationery design

With a myriad of choices, it can often feel overwhelming when you are attempting to select your invitations, menus or escort cards. With our in-house graphic designer, we can customize your tastes for a unique personalized paper suite and custom website that enhances the theme of your special event. We will also manage your RSVP responses. There will be no need to check your mailbox three times a day waiting for responses. We will handle it for you!
Decor
From sleek and sophisticated to fun and quirky, we can help your aesthetic vision a reality. With our wonderful arsenal of preferred florists, and our in-house rental department, we can help you create memorable floral arrangement, bouquets, aisle decor, and tablescapes.
Budget
Events are exciting and can also be quite expensive. In planning and watching your vision come to life on your own, you can easily lose track of your spending. Before you put down your first deposit, we will establish a budget that works for you and our priority is to ensure that you stay on or below budget by making the best financial decisions throughout the planning process.
Rentals
From glimmer linens to resin chargers to Chiavari chairs, if you need it for your special event, we can provide it to you at competitive rates. If you are envisioning a monochromatic look or colorful fete, we can provide you the necessary elements to make your dreams a reality.
Venue Selection
Should you book a hotel ballroom in the city or opt for a venue in a vineyard? Is that waterfront property the best fit for your budget? With so many options, it can be difficult to narrow down your choices. With our guidance, you will select a venue to suite your tastes and budget.
Rehearsal Coordination
We will be on hand the day before your event to conduct the necessary rehearsal(s) to ensure a smooth affair.
Group Tours & Special Events
Perhaps you want to organize a ziplining excursion for a party of 50 in Costa Rica or a walking food tour in Rome. You need not worry about the details, we will organize all of the logistics. Transportation, meals and tours and tour guides will all be arranged by our team for your team building, conference or group expeditions.
Accommodation &
Transportation
We know how to negotiate the best room rate for you and your guests. We will take care of arranging room blocks and transportation needs for you and your guests. Whether you prefer a trolley, party bus or a Rolls Royce, we can arrange it for you.
Vendor Management
In addition to aiding in vendor selection, we will review all contracts and hold individual meetings with each vendor to confirm their roles and responsibilities. We will also establish detailed timelines for each vendor to adhere to. We will also conduct the necessary walkthroughs of the ceremony and reception sites with the pertinent vendors to review the logistics of your big day.
Honeymoon Planning
Having a staff that has traveled and vacationed to more than 20 countries in the Caribbean, Europe, Africa and South America, we have a deep enjoyment for travel and exploration. From luxury travel to eco-friendly vacation, we have developed relationships with hotels, AirBnBs and excursion providers to ensure that you have the most amazing honeymoon following your special day.

You want to plan an amazing engagement for the love of your life. Let us help you! Perhaps you want to plan a weekend getaway or a dinner with all of your closest friends and family. Let us worry about the logistics while you focusing on asking the big question.
Entertainment And Pre and post events activities
A hip hop violinist to serenade your guests? A round of golf for your guests? A greek themed brunch the day after your event? Whatever you can envision, we can make a reality.
Contingency Planning
Prior to your event, we will conduct the necessary walkthroughs at the venue sites with all pertinent vendors to review all of the important logistics. On the day of your event, we will be the first and last people on site to supervise every detail from start to finish.
A La carte services
Perhaps your venue does not provide a crew for set-up or break down after your event or you will not have time to provide breakfast to your bridal party. Whatever the case may be, we can furnish you with services that you may not have time to provide or find service providers that will do so.
Customized Partial Event Production
This option is for couples that love the Soiree Couture aesthetic but would prefer to execute the planning process on their own. This option includes 4 face-to-face meetings. We will provide you with information regarding stellar vendors that will be able to assist you in executing your vision. Your Soiree Couture consultant will also provide you with budgets, schedules, timelines and day-of management.
Day of Coordination
Selecting this package allows you to completely design your entire event. You have been successful in the planning process and are ready to enjoy the splendor of this day in style without any hassle. Let us assist you in the execution of your wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception.
Destination Event Production
Whether you have selected Abu Dhabi, Napa Valley, or Paris to host your event we will guide couples step-by-step through the planning process no matter the locale. Your Soiree Couture Events Designer will assist you with all elements of a successful event. Venue selection, theme development, travel arrangements, excursion management and the like will be in the care of your personal consultant. We will be on hand to ensure your special day exceeds your expectations. Our team has produced events in Italy, Puerto Rico, Greece, Cuba, St. Croix, Jamaica, Costa Rica among others. We would be pleased to add your destination to our list.
